Agritourism, educational farm and... Bio-CNG from Biomethane!

HYSYTECH reaches a new stage in the growth path in the field of technologies related to biofuels, in particular in the construction of biomethane plants to produce CNG (Compressed Natural Gas).

This is an important operation that in recent months has allowed the Cascina Bosco Gerolo farm, located in the Piacentino countryside, to integrate its educational farm and agritourism activity with the production of biomethane, to be used directly on site as a fuel for CNG vehicles.

The plant, already completed with the metrological checks, will start the sale of bio-CNG by February, thus enriching the national leadership in the field of alternative fuels. In fact, Italy today boasts the most advanced European network in terms of methane transport and distribution to users and the first vehicle fleet in Europe (about 1,2 million units).

Always able to go further in innovation and technological implementation, in these days HYSYTECH also secured two important orders for the construction of new biomethane purification and liquefaction plants to produce Liquefied Natural Gas: new challenges to contribute to a more sustainable future.
